Driver Arrested in Palatine Hit-and-Run Crash That Left One Injured

A 26-year-old Hoffman Estates man accused in a hit-and-run crash in Palatine that left a woman injured was arrested Monday after turning himself into police, the Daily Herald reports.

Anthony Sheets, of the 4600 block of Huntington Boulevard in Hoffman Estates, is charged with a misdemeanor count of leaving the scene of an accident, according to the article. The woman injured in the Sunday morning crash at Palatine Road and Middleton Avenue sustained non-life-threatening injuries, according to the newspaper.
