Prosecutors Charge Palatine Man Accused of Exposing Himself to Girl

Consepsion Sandoval-Miranda, 57, is being held on $200,000 bond in connection with an incident last month.

A 57-year-old Palatine man accused of exposing himself to a girl at party last month was charged Tuesday, according to a Daily Herald report.

Consepsion Sandoval-Miranda faces charges of sexual exploitation of a minor and unlawful restraint in connection with the August incident, the report stated. He’s being held on $200,000 bond, and his next court date is Sept. 24.

Prosecutors claim Sandoval-Miranda exposed himself to a young girl during an Aug. 9 party in an apartment complex in the 1800 block of North Green Lane, the report stated. He’s also accused of trying to stop the girl and her brother—both younger than 10 years old—from leaving the apartment, the report added.
