Quest Academy: "We're All In This Together"

Quest Academy on Northwest Hwy has been mobilizing their resources to support the needs raised by COVID-19 such as being at the forefront of the epidemic to 3D print face shields for essential workers and creating care packages of necessities for both Quest families and Palatine Township. This week, Quest displayed an army of knights on their lawn accompanied by a banner proclaiming "We're all in this together! #queststrong".

"This display was created by our Quest families for a dual purpose," Quest Academy's Amanda Davey explained. "We wanted to cheer on our neighbors and those driving by during this difficult time and to remind our students that even when we can't be together on campus we are still Quest strong!"

The display will grow over the coming days as more knights continue to appear daily from Quest families who return them to the school through non-contact methods. It serves as a good reminder that the school, typically a thriving building of eager and advanced students, remains resilient in its current distance learning model. "Quest Academy has pivoted gracefully to distance learning delivery due to the remarkable talents and determination of the teachers. The students have embraced this model and the parents have been wonderfully supportive, but we are eager to see each other on campus someday soon," Davey added.
