Essential Oils and Yoga have been used for thousands of years. Both of these practices are used to bring balance and healing to us mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Come experience therapeutic applications of essential oils while rejuvenating your body and mind through a deeply relaxing restorative yoga class.
