This 10,000 sq. ft. building near the intersection of Quentin and Euclid has been vacant since 2011, what do you think would be the next best use of this property?

The former Anthem Grill closed its doors in July of 2011 after a little more than two years in business, and the 10,000 square foot property located at 704 W. Euclid Avenue has been vacant ever since.

Prior to being Anthem Grill, the building housed Marlowe's restaurant for a number of years.

Mid-America Group Asset Management, Inc. has the space for lease in the Regency Shopping center near the intersection of Euclid and Quentin.

A number of options for a future use of the building would be considered, according to broker Samantha Spinell. The property could be utilized for one business, broken up into two or more spaces or demolished for a brand new use.
