$14,000 Stolen from Home

Jewelry, a Nintendo Wii and more than $14,000 were reported stolen June 27 from a home in the 10600 block of 82nd Court, according to Palos Hills police reported.

The home showed no signs of forced entry, and detectives are investigating, the report stated.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24

Bicycle Stolen

A black Trek bicycle was reported stolen June 24 from a carport in the area of Cour Caravelle, according to Palos Hills police reports.

TUESDAY, JUNE 23

Stolen Car

A 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse was reported stolen June 23 from a home garage in the area of Cour Lasalle, according to Palos Hills police reports.

The home and the garage showed no signs of forced entry, the report stated.

$6,000 Stolen from Residence

More than $6,000 was reported stolen June 23 from a residence in the 9100 block of Del Prado Drive, according to Palos Hills police reports.

The victim called police to report $400 stolen from a dresser drawer, the report stated. The victim then found another $6,000 missing when other parts of the house where money was stored were checked, the report added.

The house showed no signs of forced entry, and detectives are investigating the incident, the report stated.
