15 Sex Offenders In Palos Communities: 2022 Safety Map

PALOS, IL — With kids going back to school and the holidays approaching, fall is a good time to take inventory of who is living in your neighborhood. The Palos communities have a combined 15 sex offenders registered on the Illinois Sex Offender Registry.

Palos Park and Palos Heights count three sex offenders living in each community, according to the state registry. All six are classified as sex predators, requiring lifetime registration.
Palos Hills shows eight registered sex offenders on the list, three of whom are classified as sex predators.

In Palos Heights, Alejandro Blanco, 36, whose last known address is 130 Camera, is listed as non-compliant. According to the registry, Blanco failed to maintain accurate records as required by law. Blanco was convicted of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. The victim as 7 and Blanco was 23 at the time of the offense.
