"Worth has a museum"? or "What history does Worth have to offer"? The two most common questions that I hear. Early records show that settlement began on the Southwest side as early as the 1840s.
Please join us as we attempt to enlighten our neighbors of the rich history of the soutwest side and the history of the "Friendly Village".

The museum is located at 11500 s Beloit, 3 blocks West of Harlem behind the Water's Edge Golf Course. We are open to the public Monday - Friday from 9am-6pm. The curator is here from 9-3 Tues-Thurs. We encourage group tours!
