This is the time of year when school winds down and parents try to figure out what they are going to do to keep the kids busy all summer. All three Palos public libraries have interesting programs that are free.
Summer reading is a great way to keep kids engaged with rewards for reading books. Each library had a summer reading program for children of all ages, as well as adults.
There are reading programs for younger children and adult book discussion groups. You can find family movies, children's programs and adult evenings for parents who could use a break from their little darlings.We're big fans of our public library programs.
