Missing 68-Year-Old Palos Park Man Found Dead: Police
Updated: Palos Park police say Jonas Pasaulis, missing since Monday, has been found dead.

PALOS PARK, IL — A 68-year-old man from Palos Park who was reported missing by his wife after he failed to return home from work from a Lemont job site has been found dead. Jonas Pasaulis was found Monday morning in an area where Lemont and Palos Park police say his cell phone had last been active. An autopsy is pending at the Cook County Medical Examiner's office. Foul play is not suspected.
Palos Park police responded to a call around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday from security at Pasaulis' residence in the 12200 block of South Will Cook Road. A resident at the building wanted to speak to police about her husband, who left at noon to do scrape work at a Lemont job site but failed to come home.
His wife had been calling his cell phone since 5 p.m. Monday when he did not return home from work, police said. Calls immediately went to voicemail. Police also called Pasaulis' phone to no avail. A trace ping showed the phone in the area of I-355, near Lemont.
