Palos Heights, get your ‘scorecards’ ready.

Eight faculty members from Palos Heights District 128 will kick up their heels Saturday, Feb. 28, in the district’s first-ever “Dancing with the District” fundraiser.

The dancers come from each of the four schools in the district, and are partnered with dancers from Arthur Murray Dance Center in Oak Brook. Three judges will critique the performances, and audience members will have a chance to choose their favorites, for $1 per vote.

The competitors have been hard at work leading up to their debut, selecting their music, coordinating their routines, and finalizing their apparels for the big night.

The night is organized by the district’s Parent Faculty Association, with proceeds going toward specific needs within the district, such as new gym equipment, basketball hoops, field trips and more.
