Passed Away Peacefully Monday, July 31st 2017 in Evergreen Park, Illinois. The loving husband of the late Karen Marie Armstrong (nee Peterson); dear father of Dave (Jan Schmidt) Armstrong, Selena Garvey & Dan Armstrong; proud grandfather of Dan, Kerry & Sean Garvey and Felicia (Troy Ehringer) Armstrong and Ron Armstrong; beloved great grandfather of Maci Ehringer & Skylar Armstrong; dear son of the late Jeanne (nee Brown) and the late Burt Armstrong; devoted brother of JoAnne (the late Bob) Phelan; step-brother of Tom, Mike, Bob, Chuck, Kathy, Debbie & Phyllis; brother-in-law of Alan Peterson. Don was the long time owner of Armstrong Printing, in Oak Lawn and also was an avid bowler.
Visitation Sunday, August 6th. 2017, 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Kerry Funeral Home, 7020 W. 127th St., Palos Heights, Illinois.
