Easter Bunny Hops Into Palos Area, April 8

Magic Easer Egg Hunt, EGG-Stravaganza and visit from the Easter Bunny planned in Palos Park and Palos Heights, Saturday, April 8.

Enjoy a Magical Easter Egg Hunt and visit with the Easter Bunny at the Palos Park Recreation Center. The Palos Park Recreation Department is partnering with the Palos Park Library to bring some egg-excitement to the day, starting at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 8.

The hunt will take place around the Recreation Center Gym, 6601 W. 127th St., Palos Park. The afternoon features a free magic show by Kevin Kelly, followed by the big wabbit’s arrival at 3:15 p.m. on a Palos Park Fire Protection District fire truck.

Thousands of filled eggs will be hidden on the Village Green with special eggs redeemed for prizes. Egg hunt areas to be divided by age groups. Bring a bag or basket to collect eggs. Pictures with the Easter Bunny will begin immediately following egg hunt. Bring your cameras.

EGG-STRAVAGANZA Egg Hunt

Hop on down the bunny trail to Community Park (76th Ave and Collage Dr.) in Palos Heights as you scramble for eggs filled with treasures. Bring your own basket to collect eggs and don't forget your camera to get some pictures with our very own Easter Bunny.
This event runs rain or shine and make sure to arrive early as the hunt begins Saturday, April 8, at 11 a.m. sharp. There will be age group designations for the egg hunt.
