El Gallo Customer Slugs Employee: Cops
Customers don't know why the 29-year-old Burbank man lost his temper.
A Burbank man was charged with battery Sept. 19 after customers said he punched an employee at El Gallo restaurant.
Hubert Busko, 29, was arrested and charged with two counts of battery and resisting arrest after being accused of hitting a restaurant employee Sept. 19, according to Palos Hills police reports.
Employees at El Gallo’s Restaurant, 10164 S. Roberts Road, told police Busko punched another restaurant worker in the face, the report stated. No reason was given in the report about why Busko hit the other man.

When police arrived at about 4:15 a.m. at the restaurant, Busko fought with and punched officers as they tried to arrest him, the report stated.
Busko’s next court date is Oct. 6.
