Fake Prescriptions At Nursing Home Under Investigation
Employee may have used nurse's pad to write fake prescriptions, police said.
PALOS HILLS, IL -- A nurse practitioner at a nursing home reported that someone wrote fraudulent prescriptions using a nurse’s pad, reports said. Palos Hills responded to a fraud complaint around 11:30 a.m. May 22. at Bria,10426 S. Roberts Road, Palos Hills.
Staff told police that another employee may have written and sent electronic prescriptions to pharmacies. The prescriptions were written using a nurse’s pad. Detectives are investigating.
