Palos Hills cops said a man shoved a Papa John's employee against a wall because his pizza order was incorrect.
PALOS HILLS, IL — A man was arrested after he assaulted a pizza parlor employee over an incorrect order, police say. James Vogel, 30, of Palos Hills, was charged with battery.
Police responded to a call of a disturbance last Saturday at Papa John’s, 8803 w. 95th St., in Palos Hills. Authorities said Vogel entered the restaurant around 9 p.m. March 9 and allegedly pushed an employee against the wall. He was apparently upset about being overcharged and getting the incorrect order, reports said. Vogel is schedule to appear in court on April 6.
