Lotto Ticket Argument
Police responded to a disturbance around 10 p.m. Sept. 8 at the Shell Gas Station at 103rd Street and Harlem Avenue. A customers was arguing with the clerk over the payment of a lottery ticket. After the argument, the customer claimed that the clerk threatened to kill him.
Residential Burglary
Someone burglarized a resident in the 8000 block of Circle Drive sometime before 4:30 p.m. Sept. 6. Police said the burglar swiped cash, purses and cologne. The burglary remains under investigation.
Traffic Altercation
A driver exchanged “words” with another driver in traffic in the 7700 block of 111th Street around 12:30 p.m. Sept. 5. When their vehicles were stopped in traffic, the driver said the other guy got out of his car and threatened him with a pocket knife.
