Palos-Area Schools Plan e-Learning Ahead Of Winter Storm - UPDATED 3X
Palos-area schools are closing buildings and planning e-Learning ahead of Friday's anticipated winter storm.
PALOS, IL — School districts are starting to announce closings in anticipation of a winter storm on Friday that could dump up to eight inches of snow in parts of the Chicago area. The National Weather Service has issued the watch starting Friday morning and ending Friday evening for Kane, DuPage, La Salle, Kendall, Grundy, Kankakee, Cook and Will counties.
While school buildings will be closed, e-Learning will be in effect Friday, gypping kids out of an actual snow day.

Dist 128 (Palos Heights) - closing at 12:30 p.m., no evening activities (not clear if this for Thursday or Friday)
CHSD 218, Richards, Shepard and Eisenhower high schools - schools closed, e-Learning

CHSD 230 - Due to predicted inclement weather, all Dist. 230 schools will follow the Early Release Bell Schedule. Stagg Early Release Bell Schedule
Mother McAuley Liberal Arts School - school closed, e-Learning
Brother Rice High School - early dismissal 12:57 p.m.; BR's basketball playoff game is still on as of now.
St. Patricia (Hickory Hills) - Closing at 1:30 p.m.
Elim Christian School (Palos Heights) - e-Learning
Trinity Christian College (Palos Heights) - Closed
