Palos Health Offers Classes for Heart Month
Palos Hospital will offer heart health classes in February.

Palos Health is encouraging local residents to focus on their heart this February; not the frilly paper kind, but the actual muscle under the ribcage. In order to raise awareness on specific issues, the hospital is offering a series of free classes to the community.
Your Happy Heart - 6:30 - 7:30 p.m., Tuesday February 7
Learn how an upbeat outlook can have a positive effect on heart health. Led by licensed professional counselor Mike Azzaline, participants will discover practical, easy-to-implement strategies for lifting depression and experiencing a more confident and happy attitude toward life.
