Palos Man Accused of Making Lewd Comments To Pink Employees: COPS
Palos Park man told cops he was buying panties for his wife at Pink but employees were mean to him, reports said.

ORLAND PARK, IL -- A Palos Park man was arrested after he allegedly bothered Pink employees at Orland Square Mall by making creepy, lewd comments, police reports said. Brian Shaults, 34, was charged with disorderly conduct. He is also banned from entering the mall for four years, police said.
According to Orland Park police, officers had gone to Pink Victoria’s Secret, a woman’s lingerie store, on Oct. 11 for a report of a “suspicious person” making inappropriate sexual comments to the female employees. Officers couldn’t find the man in the mall. Around 5:10 p.m., mall security called police to say the man, later identified as Shaults, was back allegedly bothering employees at Pink.
When police arrived, mall security told police they saw Shaults walking into AKIRA, a “sexy dress” store, the report said. Police and mall security went into the store where they found Shaults, based on the description given by the Pink employees. Shaults was escorted out of the store.

Three employees from Pink positively identified Shaults as the man who had allegedly made lewd comments to them that day. According to the employees, Shaults came into the store and was staring at them for a few minutes. Police said he went up to an employee and asked what size bra and panties she wore. He is also alleged to have said that her lips “looked dry” and that he “could help fix that.” After he commented that he “liked her size,” the employee told police she walked away and Shaults let the store, the report said.
A few minutes later police said he came back into the store and was staring at another female employee. She asked Shaults if he needed help and he again asked for her bra and panty size, the report said. The employee told Shaults that if he wasn’t going to buy anything he needed to leave, police said. After he left the store a second time, employees called police. Police said the employees were made to feel uncomfortable because of Shaults’ inappropriate sexual comments. The employees wanted to sign complaints.
