Palos Park Police Warn of String of Vehicle Break-ins

Palos Park police are asking residents to be vigilant, after several cars were burglarized Monday night.

Officers are following up on reports of unlawful entry to unlocked vehicles. The three, unlocked cars were parked in the owners’ driveways—two in the same driveway—when the suspect entered the cars around 3 a.m.

Police warn residents to remove from their cars valuables such as personal electronics, phones, cash, purses, hunting/fishing equipment and other valuables they can sell or trade.
