Person in Mask Gestures to Children in Palos Park

Palos Park police responded to a call of a suspicious person in a mask attempting to draw children toward him or her near 127th Street and 100th Avenue in Palos Park.

A group of children playing in a driveway reported a black person, dressed in all black and possibly wearing a mask, gesturing to them in a motion to come toward them. Children were unsure of the person’s sex.
