Culver's To Donate 15-Percent of Sales To CPD Memorial Foundation

Culver's will donate 15 percent of sales on Monday Jan. 14 to the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation in memory of fallen CPD officers.

Eight Chicago-area Culver’s restaurants will be donating a portion of their sales to raise funds for the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation, on Monday, Jan. 14. Culver’s “A Day For the Fallen” will honor the memories of three Chicago police officers who lost their lives in the line of duty late last year. From 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Culver’s restaurants will be donating 15 percent of sales to support the families of the fallen officers.

CPD Officers Samuel Jimenez, Eduardo Marmolejo and Conrad Gary each left behind families with young children. Jimenez, who lived on the city’s Northwest Side, was killed in November trying to stop an active shooter at Mercy Hospital. Gary grew up in Oak Lawn and lived in Mount Greenwood; Marmolejo was from the West Beverly neighborhood. The officers were tracking down a man shooting a gun near some railroad tracks on the city’s South Side when they were struck by a train.

Culver's restaurants participating in the “A Day For The Fallen” include:
