The College Board’s Advanced Placement Program offers students the opportunity to take challenging college-level courses while still in high school, and to receive college credit, advanced placement, or both for successful performance on AP exams.

The College Board honors outstanding performances on AP exams with several levels of recognition. On the scale of 1 to 5, a grade of 3 earns a student a passing score. The following students received recognition as A.P. Scholars.

National A.P. Scholar (average score of at least 4 on all A.P. exams taken; scores of 4+ on eight or more exams) - Nate Gibson, Kyle Ruger, Leeana Skuby.
More than 1,400 institutions award a full year’s credit (sophomore standing) to students presenting a sufficient number of qualifying grades.
