TUESDAY, MARCH 15

Aggravated Speeding

Esteban Anguiano, 23, of the 17000 block of Annetta Avenue, Hazel Crest, was arrested and charged with aggravated speeding March 15 for traveling 84 mph in a 35-mph zone in the 12900 block of South Harlem Avenue, according to Palos Heights police reports.

Anguiano was held on $2,000 bond, and his court date is April 18.

DUI, No Insurance

Joshua A. Millett, 37, of the 200 block of Grant Street, Downers Grove, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, driving without insurance and improper lane use after a March 13 traffic stop, according to Palos Heights police reports.

Millett was pulled over by police at 1:21 a.m. for improper lane use while traveling in the 7200 block of West Route 83, the report stated. The driver showed signs of intoxication and also could not show proof of insurance, the report added.

Millett was held on $1,000 bond, and his court date is March 29.

DUI, BAC over .08

David A. Holler, 54, of the 7700 block of Chestnut Drive, Orland Park, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit and improper lane use after a March 13 traffic stop, according to Palos Heights police reports.

Police pulled over Holler at about 3:52 a.m. for improper lane use while driving in the 12900 block of South Harlem Avenue, the report stated. Holler exhibited signs of intoxication during the stop, and a breath test later revealed a blood-alcohol content of more than 0.08, the legal limit, the report added.

Holler was held on $1,000 bond, and his court date is May 2.

Battery

Jeremy F. Rusin, 24, of the 8800 block of South Harlem Avenue, Bridgeview, was arrested and charged with battery after being accused of spitting in the face of a public safety officer March 13, according to Palos Heights police reports.

No details were given in the police report about the alleged spitting incident.

Rusin was held on $1,500 bond, and his court date is April 18.

SATURDAY, MARCH 12

DUI, BAC over .08

Denise Allen, 51, of the 10600 block of South Church Street, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit, improper lane use, speeding and failing to obey a traffic control signal after a March 12 traffic stop, according to Palos Heights police reports.

Police pulled over Allen at about 2:59 a.m. for speeding, improper lane use and running a red light in the 7300 block of West 127th Street, the report stated. During the stop, Allen appeared to be intoxicated, and a breath test showed a blood-alcohol content registering more than 0.08, the legal limit, the report added.

Allen was held on $1,000 bond, and her court date is May 2.

FRIDAY, MARCH 11

Warrant Arrest

Mary H. Fakhoury, 41, of the 12200 block of South 44th Place, Alsip, was arrested March 11 for an outstanding in-state warrant for failing to appear in court concerning a charge of driving with a suspended license, according to Palos Heights police reports.

DUI

Andrew D. Herrera, 21, of the 10200 block of South Kenneth Avenue, Oak Lawn, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit and driving without headlights after a March 11 traffic stop, according to Palos Heights police reports.

Police pulled over Herrera at about 12:43 a.m. for not having his headlights on while driving in the 7100 block of 120th Street, the report stated. During the stop, Herrera showed signs of intoxication, and he failed field sobriety tests, the report added.

Herrera was held on $3,000 bond, and his court date is April 18.

Items Stolen from Car

Undisclosed items were reported stolen March 11 from inside an unlocked vehicle that was parked overnight in the 6200 block of 124th Street, according to Palos Heights police reports.
