Through generous efforts of many families and local businesses, more than $27,000 was raised for the St. Alexander School Technology Department in last year’s 5K. Specifically, the money raised went towards updating and improving the Applied Tech Lab to transform it into a ‘Science-Technology-Engineering-Math’ Lab, commonly known as a STEM Lab.
“When people come together, we can accomplish great things,” said principal Cathy Biel. “Our annual 5k run/walk is a terrific community event and I encourage everyone to support it. By participating, we can help provide our students with advanced technology programs,”
