Stagg alum returns, shares culinary lessons

Sous Chef at The Reserve Steakhouse at Harrah's Casino Joliet shares skills

Stagg High School alumnus Tony Florek returned to campus to share culinary skills and career advice with students enrolled in the summer school culinary arts class for English Learners.

The 1999 Charger alum is a Sous Chef at The Reserve Steakhouse at Harrah's Casino in Joliet. He presented to District 230 students on food preparation and proper cutting techniques as they followed a recipe. He also shared information about career paths in the culinary arts field.
