Stagg HS Child Care Club gives back through diaper drive and lemonade stand
Part of Skills USA that ensures a skilled workforce
Child Care Club is a part of Skills USA. Skills USA is a partnership of students, teachers and industry working together to ensure America has a skilled workforce. Skills USA helps each student excel. Stagg students will be testing in February in hopes of qualifying for the State competition this April.
Child Care Club students also teach in our preschool program. Stagg-a-saurus preschool meets three days a week in conjunction with our Early Childhood Education program. Our preschoolers were so happy to help make and sell lemonade.
The students involved in the club raised money to benefit our December Diaper Drive. Over $400 was raised to donate. Students are also collecting diapers, wipes, and other baby items.
