Scratch-Off Theft

A Chicago man was arrested after he swiped Illinois lottery tickets around midnight May 3, reports said. Daniel Fosco, 25 is charged with theft. Police said he went to the Shell station at 103rd Street and Harlem Avenue and walked with $200 worth of scratch-off lotto tickets. Fosco is due back in court June 18 in Bridgeview.

Electronic Threats

After obtaining an order of protection, residents said the daughter of the party who received it began sending threatening text messages to the residents round 8 p.m. May 4. Police said both parties agreed to leave each other alone.
