Teen Threatens to 'Shoot Up School', Kill Teacher
The Marist student reportedly made the threat on Facebook. He has since been expelled.

A 16-year-old student at Marist High School has been expelled and faces a felony charge after threatening a teacher on social media.
The boy allegedly posted the threat against his teacher on Facebook, after being kicked out of his Spanish class the day prior.
“I’m shooting my school up but only killing him,” he wrote in the threat.

The boy was charged with making a cyber threat, a felony, and then released to his parents with a court date. A second student was also reportedly expelled, after allegedly sending a Snapchat photo of himself holding an airsoft rifle with the caption, “getting ready for tomorrow.”
The school wrote in a statement that administration takes all threats seriously.
