Toyota Technical Education Network instructor visits Shepard

Recently an instructor from the Toyota Technical Education Network visited Shepard High School to outline the exciting career possibilities offered by area dealerships.

Instructor James Wyatt outlined the educational requirements, job prospects, and career paths commong among TTEN graduates.

“Within a 10-mile radius, we have five Toyota dealerships and one Lexus dealership. And they’re all looking for quality trained Toyota technicians,” Mr. Wyatt said.

Careers for graduates who complete the two-year educational and internship program feature great earning potential and job security. Anyone with a little passion and determination can do it.

District 218 teacher Matt Krogh, a TTEN graduate, arranged the site visit.
