Video Captures Man Leaving Vomit on Neighbor's Stairs

SUNDAY, MAY 17

Disorderly Conduct

An unidentified man was cited for disorderly conduct after being accused of putting vomit at the bottom of his neighbor’s steps, according to Palos Hills police reports.

The victim, who lives in the 10500 block of South 81st Court, called police at about 7 a.m. May 17, to report that he found vomit on his stairs as he was going to work, the report stated. Police then reviewed video showing the neighbor committing the act, the report added.

Stolen Sign

The “Ciao” logo was reported stolen from the sign of Ciao Restaurant, 10300 South 78th Ave., according to Palos Hills police reports.

Felony Reckless Discharge of a Weapon

John Cobb, 44, was arrested and charged with felony reckless discharge of a weapon and reckless conduct in connection with a May 13 incident in the 9900 block of South Hill Terrace, according to Palos Hills police reports.

Police were called to the scene at about 9 p.m. concerning a gunshot, the report stated. The victim told police he heard the shot and that the bullet from the discharged had lodged into his apartment’s living room wall, the report added.

Police then spoke with Cobb, who said he had been cleaning his weapon when it went off, the report stated.

Felony Pot Possession

Devon Hierrezuelo, 22, of Bridgeview, was arrested and charged with felony possession of more than 30 grams of marijuana and felony delivery of marijuana more than 30 grams after a May 13 incident, according to Palos Hills police reports.

Police on patrol confronted Hierrezuelo at about 10 p.m. in an apartment common area in the 9900 block of South Hill Terrace, the report stated. During a search of Hierrezuelo, police found marijuana packaged and ready to sell, the report added.

Three other unidentified people who had small amounts of similarly packaged pot on them also were with Hierrezuelo, the report stated.

TUESDAY, MAY 12

Stolen Mirrors

Both outside rear-view mirrors of a vehicle parked in the 9900 block of South 84th Terrace were reported stolen, according to Palos Hills police reports.
