Video: iPads, science, and a new day at Shepard
Freshmen receive iPads this fall; all students receive them in fall 2017

After their first day of training with iPads, Shepard High School science teachers sat down to discuss the possibilities they envision for the tablets.
This fall, Shepard freshmen will receive an iPad to keep for four years. In the fall of 2017, all Shepard students will receive them.
Former Curriculum Director Dr. Carol Baker -- she's since accepted a position as superintendent in a suburban elementary district -- also asked them to talk at length about how iPads will assist with the implementation of Next Generation Science Standards.
