Video: Richards, Shepard, Eisenhower students reflect on Snowball
"Here everyone feels like family and no one feels out of place."
Teachers who organize Operation Snowball for Richards, Eisenhower, and Shepard high school students give everything to make the retreat memorable and meaningful for students. They spend so much time planning
it, and then spend the weekend chaperoning and leading the retreat.
While they draw their own opinions on the effects of the weekend, hearing and seeing students discuss their experiences really provides a barometer.
Recorded by Eisenhower teacher Melissa Krenkel, these video interviews ask for feedback from students on their experiences.

Toward the middle of the video, Brianna really speaks from the heart.
"I came to Snowball because I needed help with my leadership skills. Everybody around me was amazing. I had a wonderful time. This was my first time. I hope to be back next year as a leader," she said.
