For all ages:
August 24th, at 9:00 AM, $16 per boat.
It is time to get the cardboard out and start working on a creative boat for this year's Cardboard Boat Regatta. This is a great family fun event that is exiting for participants and even spectators. There will be three different age categories Family, Organization, and Open for ages 8 and up. Each team will be made up of as many people as you want but pick out your best Captain and Skipper to paddle the boat across the whole length of the pool!
There will be many different awards handed out at the end of the race. The Titanic Award (for the boat that sinks the quickest), Team Spirit, and First, Second, and Third Place winners for furtherest or fastest time in completing the race in each category. Participants can only be on one team per division. Each team will get a FREE roll of duck tape and two free t-shirts for the two participants that are racing in the boat when they register before AUGUST 10TH registration ends AUGUST 20TH. Rules and general information packet can be picked up at the time of registration.
