Woman Robbed At Palos Hills Shell Station: Police

PALOS HILLS, IL -- A Chicago Ridge man was arrested after he robbed a customer at a gas station, Palos Hills police reports said. Mohammed Albadareen, 23, is charged with one felony count of robbery, criminal damage to property, driving on a suspended license and resisting arrest by a police officer.

According to the charges, Albadareen was at the Shell station at 103rd Street and Harlem Avenue around 11 a.m. Dec. 9. Albadareen is alleged to have grabbed money out of woman’s hand. Police said he struck the woman with his car while fleeing the scene. A bond hearing was held on Dec. 10 at 26th Street and California.
