Worth Man Charged With Contributing to Delinquency of 'Juvenile Habitual Runaway'
Palos Hills police said 18-year-old gave juvenile "cannabis to ingest."

PALOS HILLS, IL -- An 18-year-old is accused of contributing to the delinquency of a minor twice in one week, Palos Hills police said.
Chris Libner-Scapardine, of Worth, was arrested around 10 p.m. March 2, in the 6800 block of 113th St. in Palos Hills. Police said he aided a “juvenile habitual runaway” by providing the minor with “cannabis to ingest,” reports said.
Libner-Scapardine was arrested the next day around 10 p.m. March 3, in the 10200 block of 78th Avenue. He was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, obstructing, possession of open alcohol, operating a vehicle with an obstructed windshield, and operating a vehicle with no insurance.

He was issued local ordinance citations for possession of cannabis, drug paraphernalia and fireworks. Libner-Scapardine is also accused of aiding a juvenile habitual runaway by providing the minor with cannabis.
Libner-Scapardine is due in court April 11 in Bridgeview.
