Avenues to Independence to host Spotlight on Wine on October 29 - Benefiting people with disabilities
Avenues to Independence will host annual wine and food tasting in Chicago on October 29. Proceeds will benefit adults with disabilities.

Avenues to Independence invites you to attend the 11th annual Spotlight on Wine on Thursday, October 29 from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM at the Chicago Cultural Center. The Preston Bradley Hall at the Chicago Cultural Center, located at 78 E. Washington Street, will serve as a beautiful backdrop to this spectacular event. Join us for a guided wine tasting from Atlas Imports and a tempting buffet from Hel’s Kitchen and Catering. Guests can expect an exciting evening while supporting the more than 200 people with disabilities that live and work at Avenues. Tickets are $95/person ($105 after October 19)
Avenues to Independence has provided jobs, homes and community living opportunities to people with Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism and other intellectual, physical and developmental disabilities for more than 60 years. Over the years the Spotlight on Wine has helped the people and programs at Avenues in a big way and this year will be no different with proceeds supporting job training, employment opportunities and transportation services.
