Bottle & Bottega Park Ridge Hiring Art Instructors

PARK RIDGE, IL — Bottle & Bottega Park Ridge seeks to hire part-time art instructors to lead classes at their studio on Touhy Avenue and off-site events throughout the Northwest Suburbs. Artists who love hosting parties and meeting new people are desired for the openings.

Bottle & Bottega, 424 Touhy Ave. is looking for local artists to instruct their work and the work of other artists at public, private, corporate, kids and fundraising events. Events are held throughout Park Ridge, Des Plaines, Norridge, Elmwood Park and Schiller Park at a variety of venues including bars, restaurants, event spaces and even people's homes. B&B guests typically paint a 16x20 acrylic painting (with some other art forms as well) at 2–3-hour events as they sip wine, beer or cocktails. Events typically take place from 6-9 p.m. on weekdays and at varying times on weekends.

What they are looking for:

• An excellent artist with an engaging personality. Our events are social and fun, so you must be comfortable speaking in front of a crowd and have an outgoing personality.
• Individuals who are passionate and enthusiastic about art and able to teach people of all ages and skill levels.
• Must be punctual, organized and professional.
• Experience with acrylic painting a plus.
• Having your own car is a plus.
• MUST be available most nights from 5:30–9:30 p.m. and have availability during the weekends.
