ESTATE and HOUSING PLANNING SEMINAR

Free public Estate and Housing Planning Seminar for the community. The Summit of Uptown, 10 N. Summit, Park Ridge, Feb 25 -10:30 am

The Center of Concern will sponsor a free public estate and housing planning seminar for the community hosted by The Summit of Uptown, 10 N. Summit Avenue in Park Ridge, 10:30 a.m. February 25. The Seminar will include local professionals who will answer questions from the attendees on estate and housing planning.

The panel of local experts will include Joseph Capitani, Attorney with Madden Jiganti, Moore & Sinars LLP, Robert Paneral, Vice President Wintrust Wealth Management, Jo Ann Flynn, Vice President/Branch Manager at Village Bank and Trust, Amy Sullivan, Accountant with Sullivan and Johnson, Irene Swaka, Executive Director of the Summit of Uptown and Eric Homer, Director of Programs with the Center of Concern.

John McNabola, Executive Director of the Center of Concern said, “Estate and Housing Planning is extremely important, regardless of the size of your estate or home. Planning now will help you and your loved ones in the future”. Estate planning is the process of anticipating and arranging for the distribution/disposal of an estate, or the net worth of a person at any point in time. The plan and planning allows one to ensure their property and assets will be handled correctly, while reducing taxes, court costs and attorneys’ fees and it also provides comfort that loved ones will not be burdened with unnecessary barriers and financial confusion.
