Report: Illegal Fireworks Caused Park Ridge Grass Fire
The Park Ridge Herald-Advocate reported that illegal fireworks were the cause of a grass fire in the city.
Illegal fireworks are to blame in a small July 4 grass fire, the Park Ridge Herald-Advocate reported.
The newspaper reported that a 5-foot-by-10-foot section of parkway grass was scorched near Chester Avenue and Arthur Street. Police have issue no citations in the incident, the newspaper stated.
