Join us for a Utility Bill Clinic to Save Money!
Our free utility bill clinic can help you save on your utility bills!

To help local residents cut high utility costs, state Rep. John D’Amico, D-Chicago, will host a Utility Bill Clinic with the Citizen’s Utility Board (C.U.B.) on Saturday, July 18 from 10 a.m. to noon at Niles Public Library located at 6960 W Oakton Street in Niles.
“Utility costs are a significant part of a family’s budget and being able to reduce these monthly expenses will help families and seniors make ends meet,” D’Amico said. “By going line-by-line through your bill with an expert, C.U.B. can help you eliminate costs for features you may not need and may not even know are on your bill.”
D’Amico will welcome trained experts from C.U.B. to conduct a one-on-one analysis of their phone, gas and electric bills, and help residents cut unnecessary and costly features from their services. As space is limited, attendees are required to register in advance by contacting D’Amico’s full-time constituent service-office at 773-736-0218 or johnd@ilga.gov.

“Over the past 31 years, C.U.B. has saved consumers more than $20 billion—by blocking rate hikes and holding community events across Illinois,” C.U.B. executive director David Kolata said. “We encourage Niles consumers to bring their utility bills to a free presentation, so a C.U.B. expert can show them ways to cut their costs.”
Attendees should bring their current electric, natural gas and phone bills to the event.
