A Leslie Goddard Park Ridge Premiere Presentation

The Twentieth Century Club is pleased to once again feature Leslie Goddard as our General Meeting guest speaker. A club favorite, Leslie brings famous historical figures to life through the use of costumes, stories, hands-on artifacts, period photos, and historical illustrations. Leslie bases her portrayals on meticulous research using primary sources, including journals, speeches, newspapers, autobiographies,and personal writings. Leslie has portrayed Eleanor Roosevelt, Amelia Earhart, Jacqueline Kennedy, Clara Barton, and Bette Davis, among others. Join us to find out whom she will be portraying this time! We are also holding our annual book sale. You are welcome to bring books to donate, trade or sell.

The meeting will be held at the Park Ridge Presbyterian Church, located at 1300 W. Crescent Ave., at 1:00 on March 15th. Guests are welcome with a $2.00 fee. Refreshments will be served. For more information call 312-391-6788.
