Thanks to the generous support of movie goers and the sponsorship of Liberty Bank, the annual holiday movie event raised record amount.

“It’s a Wonderful Life” Fundraiser Hosted by Liberty Bank Sets Attendance and Donation Records

The Park Ridge tradition of showing the classic “It’s a Wonderful Life” starring Jimmy Stewart and Donna Reid set two records this time. The Dec. 6 fundraiser event sponsored by Liberty Bank to benefit the Park Ridge Community Fund raised $4175 in donation and raffle ticket sales. In addition to the record setting amount, the Pickwick was completely filled and late comers had to be turned away. That was the first time the theatre completely filled for this event with over a dozen years of showings.
