Motorist Performs Lewd Act In Front Of 75-Year-Old Woman In Park Ridge: Cops

Police are seeking a driver who allegedly followed a woman through a residential neighborhood before calling her over and exposing himself.

PARK RIDGE, IL — Police are looking for a man who allegedly followed a 75-year-old woman in a car through a residential neighborhood before exposing himself and performing a lewd act Wednesday. A Park Ridge woman reported she first felt she was being trailed by a driver around 8:30 a.m. near the intersection of Parkwood Avenue and Virginia Street, police said.

She first continued to walk southbound on Parkwood, walking around the block before heading back north, according to Park Ridge Police Deputy Chief Lou Jogmen. The car then pulled into a driveway as the woman approached the 2400 block of Virginia Street. The driver rolled his window down and beckoned to the woman, she told police. As she walked over to the car, the woman saw the motorist exposing himself and performing a lewd act, Jogman said. He drove away after she said she'd be calling police.

In an emergency alert issued Wednesday, police described the driver as a 23 to 25-year-old Hispanic man with a medium build and medium complexion.

The man was driving a dark-colored four-door sedan, which police said might be an Acura, with tinted windows and the following (partial) registration:
