Enjoy an experience unlike any other as Chef Olly Rouse takes you through a unique cooking demonstration. On Wednesday, July 20 at 12:30 p.m., Chef Rouse will be a the Westin O'Hare in Rosemont sharing his tips on creative cuisine. Using various props and examples, Chef Rouse - along with Sous Chef Joe Gould - will show attendees several innovative techniques for using olive oil in the kitchen.
