Park Ridge Community Fund Awards Prize to 7 year old, Alex Czerwionka

The Harry O'Brien Spring Dash is an annual 5K run/walk sponsored by the Park Ridge Community Fund each year. Families, friends, neighbors and even friendly dogs are invited to participate in this fun community event that benefits a wonderful cause.

Alex Czerwionka, 7 years old, ran the entire course of the 2016 Harry O'Brien Spring Dash this past May. Alex was deemed "quite the little athlete" as on-lookers were impressed by his speed when he crossed the finish line in 27 minutes. The Park Ridge Community Fund and Millie O'Brien awarded Alex his very own Park Ridge-Opoly game and two tickets to the Pickwick Theatre. Congratulations to Alex on his amazing athletic accomplishment!
