The following information was provided by the Park Ridge Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Heath asked if he could leave, began yelling at the officer, and pointed a finger in the officer's face. The officer removed Heath's finger from his face. Heath, police said, took up a fighting stance and when the officer approached him, shoved the officer twice.
