Ideas on the table range from prioritizing affordable units on the amenity list to a points system or even making them mandatory in some apartment developments, with more discussion planned in November. 
• Power Construction building $99-million cancer centre at Advocate Lutheran General (chicagoconstructionnews.com) — A major new Comprehensive Cancer Center is coming to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, bringing expanded oncology, infusion, and transplant services to one consolidated location. The $99.1 million project aims to give Park Ridge and nearby residents easier access to advanced cancer care and clinical trials, with construction running through 2027 and opening planned for spring 2028.
