The Summit of Uptown Hosts PRCO Season Preview

PRCO Preview Was Popular at The Summit of Uptown
It was standing room only on Oct. 22 as Park Ridge Civic Orchestra (PRCO) Music Director Victor Muenzer previewed the orchestra’s 22nd season at The Summit of Uptown, Park Ridge. He played sample recordings of selections that the PRCO will be performing. These included movie themes such as 2001: A Space Odyssey and others to the delight of over 50 in attendance.
In addition, Matt Haider at the piano provided musical highlights of the season which will include Berlioz to Batman, Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 7 p.m.; A Holiday Celebration with the Irving Sisters, Wednesday, Dec. 2, at 7:30 p.m.; Rachel Barton Pine: Beethoven & Mahler, Wednesday, Jan. 27, at 7:30 p.m.; and the 1812 Overture, Wednesday, March 16, at 7:30 p.m.
